Damaged, Mislabeled, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrived damaged, mislabeled, misprinted, defective, or incorrect, please email us at sales@wisdomistimeless.com ideally within seven (7) days of delivery, but no later than thirty (30) days after the delivery date. When you contact us, please include your name, order number, shipping address, a detailed description of the issue, and clear photos of the entire product. We will review your case and respond promptly.
A replacement or refund is only offered to customers who received any of the above items. If approved, you will be notified of a replacement or issued a refund to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. Please refer to our Return Policy for additional details.
Wrong Size/Color or Change of Mind
All of our custom products are printed on demand for each customer's specific order at the time it is placed. Each product is displayed with a detailed description, images, sizing information, and a size chart.
Please carefully review and confirm that you have selected the correct product, quantity, size, color, and style before completing your order. Since merchandise cannot be restocked, an entirely new product would need to be produced, and the customer will be responsible for any additional costs. We do not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind. Please refer to our Return Policy for additional details.
This policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of any translations made for any purpose whatsoever.
JAMILLIAH'S WISDOM IS TIMELESS SHOP reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change, or replace our Refund Policy at any time with or without notice.
